About Us

“Mano Po” is actually a Filipino tradition wherein elders give blessings to the younger person. The one who is receiving the blessing would bow their head, take the right hand of the elder (of their right hand as well), and place it on their forehead.

We take the same family values and traditions as we did with Lobsterdamus and pair them with our cultural Filipino favorite dishes. 

Filipino cuisine’s use of complex ingredients, procedures, and taste displays the multi-cultural heritage of our recipes. With this in mind, Mano Po will offer tradition and respect, and goodness of course, in all our offerings with the warm embrace of our Filipino culture.
